Colour:
Brilliant golden yellow of medium intensity
Aroma:
Complex citrus and tropical fruit aromas followed by hints of caramel and spicy vanilla oak.
Palate:
The citrus and tropical fruit flavours follow through to the palate which shows good balance between fruit and spicy vanilla oak.  This well structured wine finishes long with crisp acid freshness

2003 Sauvignon Blanc

Colour:
White gold with green flashes

Bouquet:

Gooseberry, grass, wild fennel with some tropical melon notes

Palate:

Lime, lemon, a touch of fresh grass, spicy elements and cleansing acidity.  A full creamy palate with intensity and length

Pinot Noir  2001

A deep garnet colour of medium intensity greets the eyes.  This compliments the complex cherry and plum aromas with hints of charry oak and chocolate overtones.  Once savoured a complex blend of sweet and spicy fruit flavours are complimented by subtle vanilla oak and firm fine tannins right through the palate.  The structure is excellent, the finish long and satisfying
